Second LocationThe transfer station is run by the Northwest NM Regional Solid Waste Authority. New drop-offs at Gallup Cultural Center, 201 E. Historic Highway 66, open 8 am-12 noon, Mon, Wed & Friday. Larry Brian Mitchell Recreation Center, 701 Montoya Blvd. (the old Rainbow Recycling Center), open 12 noon – 4pm Mon, Wed and Fri. BOTH NOW OPEN SATURDAYS 10am-2pm
